Commercial Cold Holdings (CCH), a leading cold chain logistics platform controlled by funds managed by African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM)(a part of Old Mutual Alternative Investments), is achieving significant milestones in its expansion within the temperature-controlled logistics industry.
CCH today announced that it has closed a deal to acquire 100% of Sequence Logistics, a leading temperature-controlled warehousing, distribution and supply chain solutions provider across Southern Africa.Â
This is CCH’s second acquisition in this sector. In 2022 CCH acquired CCS Logistics from Oceana Group Limited. This acquisition will see CCH operate across nine facilities with 146 000 pallets in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Namibia.
