CCS has the capability to force cool product down to the required temperatures by using our specialised blast freezing chambers.

Blast freezing gives us the ability to freeze large quantities of produce in a short period of time. It's an efficient approach to preserving
your product as this process minimises bacterial growth, and results in food that is fresher and safer to eat.
​
Once product has been blast frozen it can be moved into one of our freezers for longer term storage.​
